Terms of Service

By using Twitkey, you agree to follow these rules and any additional policies set by the operator of this self-hosted installation.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Twitkey to harass people, impersonate others, publish unlawful content, distribute malware, evade moderation, spam timelines or messages, or upload media you do not have the right to share.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. System accounts, including Community Notes automation accounts, are reserved for platform functions and cannot be used for personal login.

Moderation

Administrators may remove posts, reject Community Notes, update site alerts, revoke verification, or suspend accounts that break these terms. Suspensions can include a visible reason.

Content

You keep responsibility for content you post. Twitkey may display, store, transform, or thumbnail your content as needed to operate timelines, embeds, attachments, search, and notifications.

Service Availability

This software is self-hosted and provided without a service-level guarantee. The server operator is responsible for uptime, backups, abuse handling, and legal compliance.
